Salsafix™ Dance Studios Corporate Wellness program strives to promote overall health services that focus on body awareness, efficency and effectiveness of movement through total salsa dance immersion, instruction and education.

At Salsafix™ Dance Studios, we believe in quality of movement as opposed to quantity of steps and patterns.  We teach progressive 8 week course that builds each week and explore the
"concepts behind the movement."
Through learning concepts, we learn how to use our body, mind and spirit more efficiently and effectively and therefore progress at a more rapid pace with a deeper sense of
intention behind our movement.
